Matching your nails to eyeshadow? Yes, please! And you can certainly (and should) adopt this beauty trend for real life… According to MBFWA the matching game is strong this year. It can be anything really, from matching your lipstick to shoes, shoes to nails, lipstick to bags and so on. At Romance Was Born, Sephora makeup artists and CND nail gurus took it to the whole new level by colour coordinating models’ nails and eyeshadows!
It’s questionable whether anyone would dare to wear Del Kathryn Barton inspired beauty looks in real life, except maybe for Instagram or a wild dress up party. But we can certainly take a few useful beauty lessons on how to match your nails to your makeup and transform the intense ‘face art’ into a wearable makeup ideas.
1. Neon Pastels
Real Life Version: the perfect summer look, if you skip the smudged lips and neon inner eyeliner. Either try a neon eyeliner or turquoise eyeshadow and pair with white and neon pink (or turquoise) gradient nails.

2. Eye-popping Rainbow
Real Life Version: try bright blue eyeliner and rainbow French tip nails.
