Happy Valentine’s Day nail art warriors! Whether you’re single or not, hope you’ll celebrate it in the best way possible. For me, it will be something low key because we’ve already celebrated it this weekend with a bunch of friends. If you follow me on Snapchat you’ve already seen all the action.
As for my Valentines nails, they are inspired by the V-Day cake that my friend Ekaterina prepared for our V-Day shenanigans.
If you’d like to try this look, it’s very easy! First, do the classic gradient. I used only two colours (red and white) and then mixed them with a flat brush on a sponge to get the perfect transition in between. If you require step-by-step directions, check out this tutorial from my book. As for the tiny hearts, it’s NCLA Love Me (I’ve previously used this topper for this Valentine’s nail design). Simply fish out a few hearts from the polish and attach them as you please. Seal it all with a top coat and you’re done!
Used: Mavala Mava-Strong base, OPI Alpine Snow, Mavala My Passion, NCLA Love Me and Essie Gel Setter top coat.
Wearing: Love Heart ring.
How will you celebrate Valentine’s Day? Have you already done your Valentines nails? If so, what did you do?
