The Met Gala, a fundraising gala for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute, is easily my favorite red carpet event of the year. That’s where extravagance meets elegance, sartorial high fashion comes alive and where Daphne Guinness and Sarah Jessica Parker rule the ball. It is often referred to as the Oscars of fashion and every year there is a new theme.
The Met Gala 2014 theme was a tribute to the technologically advanced couturier Charles James and white tie. The dresses were beyond amazing and of course, I could not resist to turn some of the best looks into nail art! Enjoy!
