Cirque Colors Au – another limited edition gold leaf topper that you should put on your radar! If you’re not familiar with Au, here’s a bit of background. It’s a stunning 23K gold leaf top coat that was one of the first on the market when it was released in 2012 as part of the Objet D’Art collection. This top coat, along with OPI The Man With A Golden Gun and a couple of other gold leaf toppers pretty much started the trend. They were all limited editions so those of us who hesitated at the price, gold leaf toppers are expensive, missed out. The two words no nail polish enthusiast ever want to see: sold out.
To our surprise, Cirque Colors Au is back! The extra large, chunky flakes and ease of application set Cirque Colors Au apart from the rest. The flakes are bright yet without a hint of glitter or shimmer. They look like flakes of real gold on your nails, you can even see texture on each flake. But even with such large chunky flakes, it goes on like a treat – no bubbles, no crumpled flakes and no ‘flake fishing’ necessary. Cirque Colors Au looks fantastic over almost any base – from delicate pastel to high drama dark colours, making it the perfect topper for any season or any occasion. Pastels nails with golden flakes for spring, brights for summer and moody dark and gold nails for winter and the party season!
If you need further proof of how amazing this topper is, have a good look at the photos below!
