Content Use. If you wish to publish or distribute any text or photographs for commercial purposes you MUST receive written permission from the site owner before doing so and in certain cases, you will be required to purchase usage rights for using our imagery. If you use our images full credits must be given as stated above. If you failed to credit the site in full, you’ll be invoiced at full commercial rate.

Nail Design Recreation and Reproduction. All nail designs are the original creations of the site owner and the contributors unless otherwise stated. If you wish to recreate and/or reproduce any of nail designs for commercial purposes you MUST purchase usage rights before doing so. If you failed to purchase usage rights, you’ll be invoiced at full commercial rate plus commission, interest and damages, if applicable.

Watermarks. It is strictly prohibited to remove SoNailicious.com watermark for any photos. Unwatermarked copies are available for purchase at commercial rate. For more information please email info (@) sonailicious.com.

Third Party Images. If the photographs used belong to the parties other than the site owner/contributors, full credits (including all the appropriate links) are given to their author. If you would like your photos to not be linked to this site please inform us via email info (@) sonailicious.com.
