“We must run as fast as we can, just to stay in place. And if you wish to go anywhere you must run twice as fast as that.” – Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland.
It’s been incredibly busy couple of weeks here at SoNailicious HQ… Launching NAFW 2016, developing our own nail brush range, expanding our the SoNailicious team, improving the website (did you notice, it looks a bit different and works much faster?) and also, working on a very exciting new project. Add to that a curious little kid and a husband recovering from major surgery… Jeez! So sometimes the best therapy for me is nail art. It feels so good just to sit down and focus on creating the perfect pattern with beautiful colours. Luckily this therapeutic process is also my job!
So today I have Edgy Rainbow nails for you. I’ve been testing various colour combinations for one of the projects I’m currently working on and these pastel colours looked so great together, I had to create something interesting with them. Edgy geometric shapes are my favourite so naturally, instead of the usual rainbow arc, I went for triangles. Making perfectly symmetrical triangles on each nail is a great exercise to improve your nail art skills, so why not give it a try?
HOW TO: follow this Edgy Geometric nail art tutorial to get this Rainbow nails look.
