Dream and make your dreams come true! Even though you haven’t seen this Aztec Nail Design before, it fits the #ThrowbackThursday category just right. I did this manicure about 1 year ago for a project that will finally be launching this September. It took much longer to get everything ready than we originally planned but I think the wait has been totally worth it. You’ll see ;)
Now let’s go back to 2014… I had the difficult task of creating a striking manicure on ridiculously short nails for a photoshoot. Around this time last year, I was test-driving a lot of new nail care products. My nails are naturally weak and some of those products were not effective enough to nourish and strengthen my nails, so they were breaking constantly. Then, the night before the shoot, they broke again! Sadly, that nail art was ruined but determined not to disappoint, I improvised and came up with this Aztec print. So regardless of what happens, don’t ever give up on your dreams! Do your best to make it work and he result might exceed all expectations!
The Aztec design suits short nails perfectly. Visually, it breaks up the surface of the nail making the short length less noticeable. The design was entirely hand painted, so if you’re going to re-create it, make sure you allocate plenty of time. Aztec Print nail art maybe very time consuming but the result is totally worth it. Compliments guaranteed!
Used: Picture Polish Chillax and Dream, SeaSiren Leucosia, Essie Good To Go top coat and this detailing brush.
So, what do you think about this Aztec nail design? And, what do you think about the idea of working hard to make your dreams come true? I feel like it’s the best way to progress and feel satisfied about life. What about you guys?
