sally hansen complete care 7 in 1 nail treatment review

Wouldn’t it be great if there was a magical nail care product that did it all – strengthened, moisturised, boosted nail growth, filled ridges, brightened your nails and could be used as both a base coat and a top coat…. Oh wait there is! Introducing Sally Hansen’s new Complete Care 7-in-1 Nail Treatment.

Sally Hansen Complete Care 7-in-1 Nail Treatment is a nail care product that has been formulated to help restore dry, brittle nails. According to Sally Hansen their new nail treatment helps nails appear shinier, stronger, more moisturised and brighter with any ridges filled. The exclusive patented formula is packed with good-for-your-nails ingredients, such as avocado oil, sea salt and calcium, to help protect and nourish nails, creating the ideal base for any manicure. Sounds fantastic, isn’t it? But does this nail treatment really work? Is it really that effective? Read the review below to find out!

Claim: In as little as three days, Sally Hansen Complete Care 7-in-1 Nail Treatment helps nails appear shinier, stronger, more moisturised and brighter with ridges filled. The treatment features a new brush design for an even application and dries quickly to a smooth, hard finish. The versatile treatment can be used alone, together with a coloured polish when applied as a base coat or as a protective top coat.

Reality: I’ve first trialled this product as a stand alone base coat. It has certainly made my nails much brighter and shinier. The formula is easy to apply and filled the ridges on my nails completely. Only two coats to clean, bare nails is required and the dry time is relatively quick, about 5 minutes. I haven’t any nail breaks what so ever whilst wearing this nail treatment and my nails also seem to grow faster now too.

After trialling the polish as a stand alone base coat, I’ve then put the product through its paces as a top coat. My manicure has lasted 5 days (!!!) without any chips or noticeable tip wear, which is fantastic for me as I use my hands a lot. Only one coat over the top of two coats of a coloured polish is required. The new soft, flat brush allows for a smooth application free from any streaks or bubbles. Also, it allows you to get up close and personal with your cuticles without making a mess. The polished dries quickly to a perfectly even, hard finish – just as promised.

Formula: The exclusive patterned formula contains Avocado Oil, Pomegranate Extract, Panthenol, Wheat Protein, Calcium and even Sea Salt which all work together to protect and nourish your nails. The formula is 3-free, but it contains Nitrocellulose and Camphor. If you’re sensitive to these chemicals it may not suit for you. The formula itself is quite thin, allowing for an easy, smooth, fail proof application.

sally hansen complete care nail treatment review, before and afterVerdict: Simply put, Sally Hansen Complete Care 7-in-1 Nail Treatment is a must have for any nail polish lover. I’m so impressed by it’s performance. My nails have never looked so bright. I do not often leave the house without my nails painted, but this product brightened my dull nails and allowed me to do so without a second thought. It made my nails stronger (no breaks occurred whilst wearing the polish – YAY!). This product is so versatile, which is fantastic. Use it as a stand alone treatment, as a base coat and as a top coat – talk about value for money.

Thank you :-) I was asking because the possitive reviews Ivexread so far where sponsored and the negative reviews was people that bought it them self. So I was currious if this was the dirst possitive none sponsored post I read :-)
Hope you have a great day :-)

        • Oh I understand! Usually I simply don’t feature products that I don’t like or those that don’t work for me. Simply because if a product doesn’t work for me it doesn’t mean it’s bad – it might work for someone else. However if I discover something truly horrible, misleading or even dangerous for health, that makes me feel like I have to notify SoNailicious readers about such cheat than I’ll write about it. I’ve done very few negative reviews so far compared to plenty of positive reviews of the products that I personally use and enjoy. Hope this helps! x
